So tomorrow is the offical start of my full week of classes. ...yay. not.
Last week I only had classes Thursday and Friday. I SO don't wanna get up tomorrow morning! lol.
Well I finished the painting last Tuesday. It took me a week..but I finally finished. I moved back in Thursday night.
Friday night I had Vanessa over and we watched Heathers - which we were expecting to be better..but meh. Then we watched the last 4 episodes of the High School years of 90210 and then we watched the finale and a filming of hte finale special. We also watched some bloopers for Will and Grace, Alias, Las Vegas and Angel.
We got pizza and ate WAY too many m&m's and skittles. I had a great time and she left about quarter to 4.
I slept till 12:20 or something and spent the day on the sims2. I had to work from 7-12pm, so that wasn't much fun. It was oddly busy for a saturday night. But at least I didn't have to work today.
Nikki and Mum got home early this morning. We all slept in, and in the afternoon Nikki and I watched Desperate Housewives from Monday (I downloaded the ep cause I had to work) and then we watched 4 episodes of Friends.
I have to work tomorrow arvo which sucks...but at least it's only for 3 hours. Then I get to come home and watch DH and GA. and I'll tape Law and Order: SVU. Stupid networks messing with all my shows.
Tonight I watched another ep of Crossing Jordan on foxtel. 'Out of Sight' it was good one. Not great..but good.
I was going through some old mags today and found SO many pics and bits relating to people from things. It was kinda fun.
I'm really quite tired. At least my bed is comfy now. - I fixted it when I put it back together so that now it doesn't rock and mess with my back. And the new sheets and doona cover rock too!
-It's still a little odd not having posters on the walls though! lol

Somewhere Over The Rainbow
I've got that song in my head at the moment, so it felt appropriate for a title. *shrug*
Today was a class day. I got up at 20 to 7....that hurt! Man!
I was all ready to go by 20 to 8 I think, maybe a little later..
Dad dropped me at the station and I caught the 8:07am train from Hartwell station.
I hate catching the train that time of morning! It's SO crowdered, I didn't get a seat and there are too many school kids!
I got to Richmond station at about 25 past 8, and sat and waited. Kelly showed up so we chatted a bit. -I am much much more talkative than her....actually than MOST people I think! lol
We got to class (after a stop at the coffee cart for Kelly) and the class itself was pretty okay. We watched a bunch of bits from some videos, and then did group work for our debates. My group finally worked out a topic, or at least a somewhat narrowed area...sorta. lol.
After class I went to the bookshop to pick up the book we need for our class. It's a bunch of articles and excerpts from books.
Then we stopped at the sushi place for Jacinta. -I hate sushi
Then to the station. I had to wait ages for my train from Richmond, and didn't get a seat.
Although I did get a seat once I changed at Camberwell. -Stupid Alamein trains. *grumbles*
I walked home from the station, listening to the 2nd Crossing Jordan music cd I made as I walked.
Dad didn't realise I was home for a few minutes. -His music was blareing!
I spent the arvo on the computer, and then I watched The View from Saturday night (friday's ep in the US).
Then everyone vanished. Nikki had gone to violin and mum was at the school for a parent/teacher meeting, then she came back and got a call and then her and Scott vanished!
I was very confused, as dinner was on the stove cooking...
-Turns out dad had fainted at Nikki's violin. The poor girl was a little shaken after that.
Scott drove dad home...I was kinda grumpy that I wasn't thought of...but meh.
I ended up pretty much cooking the rest of dinner...which involved boiling water and putting on the actual spagetti.
After dinner, I watched Will and Grace. Well I ended up half watching it, half talking family tree stuff with mum.
Then I watched Desperate Housewives. Very enjoyable show.
Then I watched ep 4 of CJ season 5. Love it! hehe.
I was online after that and felt all left out because my girls were ahead of me with their watching, so I went and watched ep 5 too. That one I like a lil less.
Now I am chatting away, tomorrow is my day off and I might go back to sleep after seeing Nikki off...for lil bit.
I have an ep of Las Vegas from last week that I have to watch, and a few other things planned too!
Yay a whole day off and the house to myself! I can't wait!

My First Day Of Classes....
Was no fun at all!
I got mere hours of sleep last night! I just couldn't sleep, so I was exhausted all day. -And I forgot about having my coffee in the morning! grr.
Dad was home, so he dropped me at the station at 8:15am -ish. I waited for my train, having debate in my head about how I need something to keep my iPod in in my backpack.
The train came, it was a crappy crappy old one. -But at least I got a seat.
I got to Richmond Station a little early, so the early early train was there, but I skipped it and waited for the next one. -Jacinta arrived just before the train came and so we chatted all the way to class. We went to get our diaries, but they are now not avaliable till Mid-Feb. How Rude! lol
I got to class and we managed to get seats together. -But it's a huge class, we didn't have enough tables for everyone in the end. -There is at least 22 of us, which granted is not a huge class, but I am coming from a class of 12... So that will take some getting used to. Plus a lot of new people to meet and learn names of. lol
The first class was okay. We have all these long 5hour classes this year. But only 4 classes a week. -Which has it's advantages, but also some negatives! lol
The monday class is supposed to start at 8:30am. (Today it started at 9:30am). Luckily Bree (our teacher for History and Sociology of human relationships) changed it to start at 9am, and then we will finish 1-1:30pm depending. -Which is good, but still not loving the idea of leaving at 8am on a Monday morning!
I also found out that my Friday class goes from 9:30am - 2:30pm, instead of 1:30pm - 6:30pm. -Which was a stupid idea.
Though I am still mad that no one told us officially! They are all very unorganised!
I was starving by the time class was over, and the canteen's not open till the Uni starts back again. -Which is totally not fair! lol. -These 5 hour classes are gonna be a killer! I will have to remember to take snacks!
I decided while waiting at Prahran station on the way home, to buy some chocolate (m&m's to be specific) and I put in my money and pushed the buttons and all, and it moved an inch and stole my money and didn't give me any m&m's. -I was very grumpy!
I had to change trains at Camberwell, stupid non running Alamein trains. -It's so not fair that there are no Alamein trains from the city during the middle of the day!
I called Dad and he picked me up, so I didn't have to risk walking home in the rain.
I sorta pigged out when I got home.
I had these weird hot dog twisties....they nice enough...just different. lol
Tonight I watched a bunch of Foxtel. Then watched the season 2 premire of Desperate Housewives -which was quite entertaining! After that I watched the Crossing Jordan/Las Vegas crossover from season 4/2 again(for about the 20th time). I do love those eps! hehe.
Tomorrow is my day off for the week. I plan to watch a bunch of telly.
I will also probably be going to Em's tomorrow night too.

Quotes, Screenies and Too Many Forums
I was so busy chatting last night that I forgot my post again! haha.
Well today is just as good.
Yesterday I didn't do much of anything. I watched some tv, sat on the computer, stressed about my interview (that is this afternoon...and I'm still sorta stressing, though I know I'll be fine. lol). I decided to watch Father of the Bride Part 2. I love that one too! -I have an obsession. The tape was so old, it had early seasons ads for Ally McBeal, and a WAY old channel 7 logo too! heh.
I ran out of time to finish it in one go, as Dad kept interupting me while he was on the phone to my tafe, trying to work out how to pay for my fees. So I watched The View and then watched the last little bit.
Meredith and Barbara were back on The View yesterday. I was happy. It's just not right without Meredith. lol.
After that I spent the whole afternoon/evening on the computer, talking to my girls, and doing creative things. I got off around 6pm and watched tv and had dinner. Then I watched a Golden Globe awards post show thing to see if they mentioned Jill...or anyone else I liked, they didn't really. Doh. Oh well you did get to see her for 5 seconds, when they showed the cast of Desperate Housewives coming up on stage to collect their award. -At least CJ, if it had been nominated, would have been in a different catagory....lol
After that I watched the LIVE ep of Will and Grace again. -It's SO SO funny!!! I LOVE it!
Then I felt like watching Crossing Jordan. So I watched Family Ties...A) because I love it! Lily and Nigel are so cute together. and B) because I needed to find out some things about Nigel's history.
After that I decided to finally start quoting John Doe. I haven't done any quoting since I did the ones for the Crossover eps. So I did a bit of that one. Then I sat on the comp all night talking to my girls again...about silly things ofcourse! lol.
Today I have my interview with Safeway supermarket. I sorta do want a job...cause money and experiance...but I also don't want my time taken up. hmm. oh well. I am sure the interview will go okay...it's a group one....which could be interesting....Anyways...wish me luck with that.
Ugh! It's so hot today and I have to dress up in worky clothes...long pants and a shirt. doh. Oh well it's only for an hour and a half. :)
I still haven't finished my chapter for the forum fanfic...I am getting there...slowly.

Golden Globes Day
Today was the day of the Golden Globes. -Monday in the US, Tuesday here. lol.
I got up at 8:30 this morning. After having a great deal of trouble sleeping last night, with my spine sending shocks up and down, and my knees killing me if I lay on my stomach.
So anyways...I got up at 8:30am, and had my shower early. Then restarted the download for ep 11 of Crossing Jordan. Then I watched Providence and had my breaky. Nikki was with me.
At 10am, the Golden Globes Red Carpet started and I had my tape all ready to go. Jill Hennessy was shown very early. -And looking mighty pretty too!
The Will and Grace cast were also there. It was kinda weird seeing them stand next to Jill...just cause they are usually so different worlds to me. lol.
Nikki watched with me, she kept commenting on stuff. I am such a bad influence on my lil sis. But I love her for it. lol.
That lasted till Noon. -Scott left sometime before that. Then I bummed around on the net/comp and then went and watched The View while I had lunch.
Now time changes are a weird thing. Marcia Cross was on The View. Which is shown a few hours after the US here. The odd part was that I had already seen Marcia Cross on the red carpet which was live. lol. So that was a bit odd. lol.
After that I waited another 10 minutes or so till the download was done and then watched ep 11 of Crossing Jordan. It was a really good one!
Then I read through all the ep stuff for CJ. Wrote up my little thoughts and stuff.
Mum came home after that, we chatted. Then I had dinner, and sat and waited for the Golden Globes to air on channel 10. Stupid Foxtel was not airing them live, so I had to wait till the evening to see them. Doh. But I waited and it was worth it. They showed a bit of Jill on the red carpet again (with a twirl. lol). She was on fairly early in the show, with Josh Duhamel from Las Vegas, he wore a funny tie...she looked lovely. They presented the award to Desperate Housewives. It was like a channel 7 Monday night mix. -Last year they had DH, then CJ, then repeats of LV. lol.
And then finally the Will and Grace cast got to do their presenting.
-There was also a fair bit of texting going on between me and Elsa during the night. lol.
Now I am chatting..I need to sleep soon.

2006 - Day 2
So last night I went to bed late-ish and ended up reading for a bit. Then I couldn't sleep, even though I was exhausted. - Go figure!
So anyhoo...today was the 2nd of Jan 2006. So far 2006 is going okay. lol.
Today I got up and watched Providence as normal, then I got ready and eventually, Mum, Nikki and I went to Chadstone to go see The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe. It was really really good! I mean there were some bits that semi bugged me, as they were different from the book, but when I thought about it they seemed to work easier for a movie version.
I had my doubts about the cast, but they pulled it off and I was able to accept them as my beloved characters, at least for the film.
Some parts made me jump..-mostly the bits with the wolves. lol. And there was crying. -I forgot to warn Nikki that there was sad parts, as she had only read part of the book. And she was crying, which made me feel sorry for her, but also happy that it affected her, that she was able to care about the characters and what was happening, which is one of the main things I think a movie, or book, or tv show needs to do!
I really really hope they do the next books soon! I really am looking forward to seeing the story continue on film.
I will never love the film better than the book. The book will always be my first love, but the film has a special place in my heart too, mostly because they essentially were my beloved charcters.
After the movie, we went shopping. I bought Michael Buble's cd, It's Time. (the 2nd major one). I haven't listened to it yet. I will probably do so tomorrow.
I also bought a calendar, the Desperate Housewives one. It's kinda cool. It has quotes and stuff!
I also bought me a necklace with the money I earned working on the elections back in November. It's a white gold 'C' with tiny diamonds...(at least I think they are diamonds...)
Nikki bought a bag, which she had been trying to find for ages (a bag, not the specific one..) and a pencil case.
The we headed home and all of Dad's friends where still at our place. - Them being there was the reason we went out in the first place...
They ended up staying till 8:30 or something I think. I watched Will and Grace all night on foxtel, and then watched Veronica Mars at 7:30pm and then watched a new Will and Grace.
After that Nikki and I watched a few eps of Las Vegas. In the middle of one of the eps, Kelly from Tafe called me up and we had a chat for a while, we may organise to go out sometime...if we can find suitable night..
Not much to do tomorrow, probably watching more tv, hopefully going to Em's....if someone that can drive me home is going that is...-My mum doesn't want me to catch the train that late at night.
So sweet dreams, - speaking of which, I had a really silly one about Lily, Bug and Seely from Crossing Jordan last night...it was weird and also really funny. lol.
