okay so this is my first post of 2007. -yeesh!
I haven't had much time to sit around and post on here lately, since it's school holidays and Nikki is home everyday. We have been watching lots of dvds and tv. Mostly we've been watching Friends. I bought the big 10 season box set last year and she loves it. We've also watched Full House which we finally bought. Nikki owns seasons 1 and 2, I own season 3. Nikki has also become obsessed with the Disney Channel and two of their shows in particular, 'Hannah Montana' and 'The Suite Life of Zack and Cody' - the latter of which she is extra obsessed with. She has her first little celebrity crush of Cole Sprouse who plays Cody in the show. -It's very cute. I actually find the shows watchable, I mean sure they are tween shows, but they are still amusing, plus they have actors in them who are my age. -I would LOVE to be on a disney show!!
I am extra exhausted, cause I just got back from my friend Bec (French)'s belated 21st birthday party. She held off on her party, cause December is extra busy.
It was nice, but I didn't really have anyone to talk to, or hang around with. Too many boyfriends of people, hogging their attention, and people that I just wasn't very clicky with. If Jacquie was there maybe it would have been better.
It was a fairytale dress up party, and I went as red riding hood. I wore my old school dress from Canterbury Girls, Nikki's red cape from her devil costume as my hood and carried a basket. -the main aim for me was not to spend any money on it.
Bec went as Tinkerbell and looked awesome. Right near the end of my night we did a little karaoke, but then I had to go so we didn't get to do much. I am just wiped, from staying down at John and Maryann's in McCrae last night, and then working this arvo, and they going to a party, and the heat...I'm bloody exhausted!
Crossing Jordan has finale started up again in the US, so I am focussing on getting that every monday night. They aired the first ep of season 6 last week and it was awesome. My new tv loves are Heroes, Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, and Brothers and Sisters. I download the first 2, Vanessa the latter. -But i have to get her to give me more Brothers and sisters eps, cause I've only seen 3 so far.
I'm currently waiting for my pj's to dry in the dryer...cause it's finally started raining here again, which hopefully with fill up the catchments and ease our drought just a teeny tiny bit.
