Yay! I handed in my final assignment for this semester at 2:30 this afternoon. And man does it feel good to be free.
I was working on the essay all day, and I don't think it was very good in the end, but it's enough. I was home by 3:30pm, and finished off season 3 of Las Vegas on dvd.
Tomorrow I'm going to start season 2 of Beverly Hills 90210. Yay!
I'm so so tired right now. All this being good, and working on essays and assignments really took it out of me over the last 2 weeks. I plan to do nothing tomorrow, but watch dvds, and only do little important bits of housework.
On Friday I plan to rent a whole bunch of movies from Blockbuster. I haven't seen any new releases in at least a month, so I have a lot to catch up on!
Well I should head off to bed soon.

Take One Down, Pass it Around...
I've got Pirates on the brain. I saw the 3rd installment of the Pirates of The Caribbean last night, with Nikki. It was really good. Slightly obvious in parts...but lots of stuff is for me these days..its what happens when you want so much stuff! lol. - Still not better than the first movie though!
So I handed in my essay and journal for media on Friday. I didn't end up getting there till 2pm, cause I was working on it in the morning. - I had gotten distracted by my CJ and Heroes t-shirts arriving in the morning too. They rock by the way... I got the Heroes one that says "Save the cheerleader...save the world." just cos its fun. lol
My final essay has been barely started though. It's due tomorrow, and like the media one, I'll probably be working on it still till the last minute. I need to do semi-well on this essay...though I know I might not get a good mark, I'll settle for a pass if I have to, but I'd really like at least a credit. -Here's hopeing.
I just want it overwith. I really really can't wait till it's handed in, so that I can do all the things I've been NOT doing over the past month. -like renting movies from blockbuster, going shopping, watching dvds, sleeping in, reading, playing the sims2. etc etc.
Well it's now almost 2o past 11 Sunday morning, and I will have to leave about 1:30 tomorrow to go hand in the essay...so I should probably get cracking.

Almost There!
Classes are now overwith, and only 2 more essay to write up, and hand in!
yay....however, I only have till Friday to get my Media one in. -I'm gonna head off and start working on that when I finish this post.
The other one is due Monday, and I will spend the weekend working on that.
My Philosophy presentation and essay are done, and my PCP presentation was done yesterday.
I've finished the journals for Media, and now the essays for that and Critical thinking are all thats left. Thank God! lol
I really can't wait till monday, I'm so tired, and really need a break. I plan to catch up on some good ole tv watching. My 90210 season 2 dvds and NCIS season 3 dvds arrived yesterday and I can't wait to watch those! I also plan to borrow lots of movies from Blockbuster.
Oh well, I suppose I should get working on this essay. I hope to finish it tomorrow. I'm really going need to push myself. Hopefully it shouldn't be too hard.

Update 15th May 2007
Well.....I didn't get done any of the assignments I was going to. I finished the communications journal for PCP on friday morning and handed it in around lunchtime.
I spent Saturday being totally depressed about Crossing Jordan being cancelled. -read my tv blog for my rants about that one!
-and also playing the Sims in the afternoon.
Sunday I went with Mum and Nikki to Grandma and Grandpa's house. We had a family BBQ, and almost everyone was there at some point throughout the day. That night we went to ChinaTown in the city, for dinner with the Hargraves from Canberra, who were down for the night only. It was good to see them again, as we hardly ever do. Of course I'm always the oldest, which sometimes makes things a little odd...cause I would like to be involved in both the grown-up convos as well as our kid convos.
Today I slept in till 9:30am. Which is exactly the time that my first lecture starts on a Tuesday. I was very mad with my dad who was home cause my sister was sick, for not waking me up. He said my sis said that I go late...which is very stupid of her, cause I always go with her on Tuesdays. I was very mad, and ended up missing the lecture of course, but dad drove me in at 10:30, and I waited till Jacinta got out, and we had lunch.
Tomorrow I have a test for Critical Thinking. It's gonna be hard, there is a lot to remember, and I want to do well...and I hope I do. I have lots of notes. Wish me luck!
oooo and I finally got a shift this week. Sunday arvo, so double pay - which it should be! Safeway suck.

I've only got 3 more weeks of Uni left before a 12 week break between semesters. Hopefully I'm going to work alot during the break. I need to raise money for my international trip, or semester abroad.
This week I have no shifts, which is okay, even though I'm very poor....because the idea is that I'll start working on my final assignments. Lucky me I don't have any exams this semester. :D yay!
I really really need a break....Uni is tough. The workload is fine, it's other little things that keep bugging me, or tend to mess me up. -I don't like the quiet. Lectures, especially long ones are very hard...my wind wanders, and sometimes it really affects me.
